Instruction & Fees

Due to the complex and bespoke nature of tachograph analysis, our services will be charged at an hourly rate. When first consulted, we will discuss the details of the case with you and offer a preliminary estimate of the number of hours and likely timescale of completion. We will always endeavour to meet any deadlines that you have. We will keep you informed of our progress at every stage and will agree any further work with you, outside of that initially discussed, before we proceed.

For guidance, collision investigation cases will typically take between 5 and 10 hours. Route tracing, for example in relation to importation, is more likely to be in the region of 15 to 20 hours, dependant on case circumstances.

" We are able to offer forensic strategies that suit your needs, timescales and budget. "

We will produce an invoice on completion of our examination, court attendance or any other work instructed by the client. Professional fees are exclusive of VAT and any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel) are chargeable.
